Multiply: Exploring shapes and angles in Yoga postures

This is a short yoga course with a difference. You will be able to enjoy the calming benefits of yoga by learning to focus on your breathing and connect your breathing with movement. You will also practice a balanced range of yoga postures modified to meet your own needs.
